Bishop Paul Lyttle is a second generation pastor. He is of Jamaican heritage but grew up and spent his educational years in England. He later worked as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Computer Studies. After relocating to the USA in the mid-1980s, he pursued his career in the secular industry as a Software Engineer and remained in that field for 16 years.
He first received the call to be a pastor at the age of 12 years old. During his time as a Layman he served in many areas of the church. He taught Sunday school from the age of 15, he was Youth Director, Evangelism Director, Deacon, and Minister and completed his Ministerial Internship. Bishop Paul serves as a District Overseer and has also served on the State of Florida Cocoa Church of God Council, having been voted on by his peer of Bishops and ministers. He also has a passion for music, so much that if you were to worship with us on a Sunday, you will still see him on occasions on his guitar. Bishop Paul loves worship and believes we should seek excellence in what we do and offer an "acceptable gift to our excellent God through worship".
Throughout his college years and life, Pastor Paul has had friends from diverse backgrounds in the community. His friends were from many different cultures, namely Chinese, English, Jamaican, Nigerian, Ghanaian, Indian, Pakistani, French, and Cuban. This has produced a drive within, for World Harvest Community to be a multicultural church. He gets on with everyone and always has a warm sincere smile.
Pastor Paul is the proud father of three beautiful children. His beautiful wife, First Lady Bridget completes his ministry.
Pastor Paul’s approach in ministry is based on the principle of unity. This premise is found in Psalms 133 vs. 1-3. “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for Brethren to dwell together in unity! for there the Lord commanded the blessings, even life for evermore. “ Therefore let us worship with each other and celebrate each other. For, “If we cannot worship together here, we will not be able to do it in heaven”

If you could go back into the pass Bishop Paul pastoral ship is a divine appointment by God. He was the Realtor who purchased the property that the church now stands on. He drew the picture of what the church would look like from the architectural drafting. He also produced the first fund raising presentation for the church.
